Terms of Service

By downloading or using Anime Wallpaper 4K ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Use.

2. Content

Wallpapers in the App are AI-generated images provided for personal use as device wallpapers. You may download and set them as your wallpaper. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the images, or use them for commercial purposes. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studio, brand, or rights holder.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the App or its servers.
• In community chat, do not post illegal, harassing, hateful, or personal/sensitive content. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads (including rewarded, interstitial, and native ads served by Google AdMob). Certain features, such as downloading a wallpaper, may require viewing a rewarded ad. Ad behavior is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
